Anger is a natural emotion we all feel at times. It tells us there is something we are not happy about and may motivate us to make some changes. But it is not always like this.

Do you find anger is being triggered often causing you to seethe inside or causing you to act in ways you later regret? Do certain situations or people cause frustration and anger? Would you like to find a more calm way of responding?

It may be a current situation that is testing your patience, may be you are feeling under-valued, not considered or taken advantage of, or could it be that anger from the past is re-surfacing? Do you find yourself either keeping quiet or responding aggressively? May be neither of these get you the results you want.

I work with people who want to make changes in how they react to feeling angry. Often people say 'I do not know what triggers the anger. It is just suddenly there'. I can help you to explore where your anger is coming from. This in itself may foster self-understanding, healing and release from some of the pent up emotions. If your anger is being expressed in ways that are causing you problems such as angry outbursts in relationships, at work or even physical violence you can learn how to recognise it before it erupts and have new ways to deal with the emotion.
